From a young age, our Founder understood the challenges and uncertainties that come with being in the foster care system. Placed in foster care at just six weeks old, she experienced firsthand the instability and lack of support that often accompany such a start in life. However, through determination, resilience, and the support of a few key mentors, she navigated her way through the system and secured a job in London. Divercity Recruitment was born out of our Founder’s desire to make a difference for others who share her background, making sure they succeed.
